By using InsideDB, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover your rights, our responsibilities, and acceptable use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsideDB ("the Service"), operated by InsideDB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsideDB is a data pipeline platform that allows users to import, process, enrich, and export data using visual workflows. The Service includes web scraping, web search, AI-powered data processing, and data transformation capabilities.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt directives.
  • Collect personal data without a lawful basis under applicable privacy laws.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Data & Web Scraping

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of web scraping and data collection features complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the GDPR, CCPA, and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. We do not monitor the content you scrape or process and accept no liability for your use of collected data.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Free tier: 1,000 platform credits per month, no credit card required.
  • Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by InsideDB and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the data you upload, process, or export.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsideDB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
