Free includes all web scraping tools: search, crawl, scrape, smart crawl, transforms, exports, and scheduled pipelines. You get 1,000 Platform Requests/month, 5 scheduled pipelines, 3 GB storage, and shared proxy. AI features are not included on Free.
How do plans differ?
Free is web-only. Early Supporter adds AI features (BYOK), premium proxy, and more capacity. Premium adds platform AI Requests (no key needed), priority queue, and the highest limits across the board.
What is a Platform Request?
Each web search query, crawled page, or scraped URL costs 1 Platform Request. Premium proxy pages cost 2. Data transform nodes do not consume requests.
How does BYOK work?
Early Supporter and Premium users can connect their own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. AI calls through BYOK do not use Platform AI Requests. Free users do not have BYOK access.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Web operations pause until the next cycle. You can upgrade your plan to increase monthly allowances, or purchase add-on packs from your billing dashboard. Workflows and saved data are never affected.
Do scheduled pipelines count toward my limit?
Yes. Scheduled runs use the same Platform Request pool as manual runs. Each plan has a maximum number of active scheduled pipelines (5 / 25 / 50).
